Do you charge extra for the postage/delivery?

No, the cost of the postage is included with your order, there are no extra costs.


How long does it take you to process my order?

Our fulfilment times are currently 1-2 working days.


How long does it take to receive my order after processing?

One dispatched our orders are typically received within 2-3 working days.


Is my order posted with tracking information?

Yes, the tracking numbers will be provided once the package has been sent (don't forget to check your junk folder) 

*Discounted orders will not be posted with tracking but will be sent via New Zealand post as as our normal courier. 


What happens if I order on the weekend?

All orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday night will be sent out Monday morning due to no pick ups or deliveries available over the weekend from our courier. 


What happens if I have changed the address I want the package delivered too? 

We receive the address details from the details on your order when first submitted. Please ensure these details are correct at the time of purchase as we cannot always change the address once it has been fulfilled.
